The Oak Park-River Forest Huskies football team (Oak Park, IL), was ripped 49-0 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting Lyons Lions (LaGrange, IL)

The Lions (5-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Downers Grove North (Downers Grove, IL). The Trojans come into the West Suburban - Silver challenge with a 5-1 record. In their last challenge, Downers Grove North was ripped by York (Elmhurst, IL), 32-21, in a league challenge.

The Huskies now sport a 1-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Willowbrook for a non-league challenge on Friday, October 6. Oak Park-River Forest will meet a Warriors team coming off a 43-8 league win over Proviso East (Maywood, IL). The Warriors record now stands at 4-2.
