Sacramento Adventist Capitals (Carmichael, CA) fans exited the stadium in high spirits Monday as they saw their flag football team overwhelm the host Leroy Greene Academy Lions (Sacramento, CA), 41-0 in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Capitals play the Encina Bulldogs (Sacramento, CA) in a Sierra Delta League challenge, on Monday, October 6. Sacramento Adventist will attempt to improve on its 6-1 season record. The Bulldogs go into the challenge with a 2-9 record after their 24-18 league loss to Mesa Verde (Citrus Heights, CA).

With the defeat, Leroy Greene Academy drops to 2-6 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Elite (Vallejo, CA) to meet the Eagles in a Sierra Delta League test on Monday, October 6. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 1-13. Elite lost 53-7 in their recent league test against Foresthill (Foresthill, CA)
