In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the host Booneville Bearcats volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Clarksville Panthers.

The Bearcats (1-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Mayflower (Mayflower, AR). The Eagles come into the 3A 5 challenge with a 3-2 record. In their last challenge, Mayflower beat St. Joseph (Conway, AR), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Panthers play the Hackett Hornets (Hackett, AR) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 5. Clarksville will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record. The Hornets come into the challenge with a 5-0 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Siloam Springs (Siloam Springs, AR).
