California High School Football - Palo Alto overwhelms Homestead

September 30, 2022: Palo Alto, CA 94301

The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Palo Alto Vikings (Palo Alto, CA) and the visiting Homestead Mustangs (Cupertino, CA), observed Palo Alto's football squad bounce Homestead by a count of 34-0.

The Vikings now own a 3-2 record. They play next when they host Los Gatos for a contest on Thursday, October 6. Palo Alto will play a Wildcats squad coming off a 33-0 league win over Milpitas (Milpitas, CA). The Wildcats record now stands at 4-1.

Coming up next, the Mustangs play the Mountain View Spartans (Mountain View, CA) in a contest, on Friday, October 7. Homestead will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Spartans go into the contest with a 0-5 record after their 35-6 league loss to Wilcox (Santa Clara, CA).
