In Monday's non-league match, the Putnam County War Eagles (Eatonton, GA) volleyball squad tipped the host Cedar Shoals Jaguars (Athens, GA), by a final score of 2-1.
Next up, the War Eagles confront the Lake Oconee Academy Titans (Greensboro, GA) in a non-league match, on Thursday, October 3. Putnam County will attempt to advance on its 8-17 season record. The Titans enter the match with a 18-7 record after their 2-0 league win over Elbert County (Elberton, GA).
