The Topsail Pirates volleyball squad (Hampstead, NC), dropped 2-0 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting Hoggard Vikings (Wilmington, NC)

With the win, Hoggard improves its record to 10-3 on the season. The Vikings host Laney (Wilmington, NC) to encounter the Buccaneers in a battle on Thursday, October 2. The Buccaneers go into the battle with a record of 8-7. Laney lost 2-1 in their recent non-league contest against D.H. Conley (Greenville, NC)
