Florida High School Volleyball - Bishop Verot over IMG Academy Black

The Bishop Verot Vikings volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting IMG Academy Black Ascenders to 0 in the Vikings non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Vikings now possess a 16-6 record. They play next when they host LaBelle for a non-league outing on Thursday, October 2. Bishop Verot will play a Cowboys/Cowgirls team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Riverdale (Fort Myers, FL). The Cowboys/Cowgirls record now stands at 6-11.

With the loss, IMG Academy Black drops to 1-5 on the campaign. The Ascenders host Sarasota (Sarasota, FL) to play the Sailors in a non-league outing on Wednesday, October 1. The Sailors come into the outing with a record of 7-12. Sarasota won 3-0 in their recent non-league outing against Saint Stephen's Episcopal (Bradenton, FL)
