North Carolina High School Volleyball - New Garden Friends bounced by Lee Christian

The New Garden Friends Bears volleyball squad (Greensboro, NC), was defeated 3-0 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Lee Christian Falcons (Sanford, NC)

The Falcons (13-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Crossroads Christian (Henderson, NC). The Colts come into the NCISAA Mid-Carolina challenge with a 4-6 record. In their last challenge, Crossroads Christian was beaten by Trinity Academy (Raleigh, NC), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Bears face the Cape Fear Christian Academy Eagles (Erwin, NC) in a NCISAA Mid-Carolina test, on Friday, October 3. New Garden Friends will attempt to advance on its 4-5 season record. The Eagles go into the test with a 9-9 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Kerr-Vance Academy (Henderson, NC).
