The Comets now sport a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to West Stanly for a non-league test on Thursday, September 12. North Stanly will clash with a Colts squad coming off a 14-7 non-league loss to Carson (China Grove, NC). The Colts record now stands at 1-1.

With the defeat, Western Alamance drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Eastern Guilford (Gibsonville, NC) to clash with the Wildcats in a non-league test on Thursday, September 12. The Wildcats come into the test with a record of 0-2. Eastern Guilford lost 34-20 in their recent non-league test against Williams (Burlington, NC)
