Lutheran Cougars (St. Peters, MO) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Lutheran North Crusaders (St. Louis, MO), 8-1 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Lutheran moves its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Bishop DuBourg (St. Louis, MO) to meet the Cavaliers in a AAA test on Tuesday, September 9. The Cavaliers come into the test with a record of 1-3. Bishop DuBourg lost 2-1 in their recent non-league test against St. Pius X (Festus, MO)

Next up, the Crusaders confront the MICDS Rams (St. Louis, MO) in a ABC outing, on Monday, September 8. Lutheran North will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Rams enter the outing with a 0-2 record after their 2-1 league loss to Lutheran South (St. Louis, MO).
