Idaho High School Volleyball - West Field over Wood River

The West Field Longhorns (Taylor, UT) volleyball knocked off the host Wood River Wolverines (Hailey, ID), 2-0 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Longhorns now possess a 9-6 record. They take the field next when they host Roy for a 5A Region 5 contest on Tuesday, September 9. West Field will battle a Royals team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Box Elder (Brigham City, UT). The Royals record now stands at 9-3.

In their next game, the Wolverines encounter the Burley Bobcats (Burley, ID) in a 5A Great Basin battle, on Monday, September 8. Wood River will attempt to move on its 4-9 season record. The Bobcats enter the contest with a 2-3 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Pocatello (Pocatello, ID).
