The Bears now sport a 1-1 record. They play next when they host Trinity for a Shasta Cascade test on Tuesday, September 13. Mt. Shasta will meet a Wolves squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Quincy (Quincy, CA). The Wolves record now stands at 7-5.

With the loss, Butte Valley drops to 2-5 on the season. The Bulldogs host Tulelake (Tulelake, CA) to meet the Honkers in a Shasta Cascade test on Tuesday, September 13. The Honkers come into the test with a record of 10-3. Tulelake 2-2 in their recent league test against Fall River (McArthur, CA)
