Next up, the Pirates confront the Columbus Sailors (Waterloo, IA) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, September 9. Hudson will attempt to advance on its 12-6 season record. The Sailors enter the game with a 0-7 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to North Scott (Eldridge, IA).

The Bulldogs (3-6) will now prepare for their game against West Central (Maynard, IA). The Blue Devils enter the non-league game with a 4-1 record. In their last game, West Central gained a win over Clayton-Ridge (Guttenburg, IA), 3-0, in a league game.
