In Thursday's non-league battle, the host Shades Valley Mounties volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Center Point Eagles.
The Mounties (6-6) will now prepare for their battle against Parker (Birmingham, AL). The Thundering Herd come into the non-league battle with a 9-7 record. In their last battle, Parker achieved victory over Center Point (Center Point, TX), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
