In Monday's non-league challenge, the visiting Lynchburg HomeSchool Patriots volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Faith Christian Warriors.

The Patriots (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Timberlake Christian (Forest, VA). The Tornadoes enter the non-league challenge with a 5-0 record. In their last challenge, Timberlake Christian beat Temple Christian (Madison Heights, VA), 2-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Warriors meet the Dayspring Christian Academy Lions (Blacksburg, VA) in a challenge, on Friday, September 12. Faith Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Lions enter the challenge with a 0-4 record after their 2-1 league loss to Roanoke Valley Christian (Roanoke, VA).
