The Marshall Bobcats football squad scored 34 points and restricted the visiting Cutter-Morning Star Eagles to 16 in the Bobcats non-league victory on Friday.

The Bobcats now possess a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Subiaco Academy for a Arkansas 8-Man - Large (8 Man) battle on Friday, September 16. Marshall will face a Trojans squad coming off a 36-6 league loss to Mountain View (Mountain View, AR). The Trojans record now stands at 0-2.
