Volleyball Recap: Skyview Takes a Loss

Skyview lost against Thompson Valley back in November of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Wolverines lost 3-0 to the Eagles. The Wolverines have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-16, 25-8.

Leading Thompson Valley to victory were Dany Alps and Payton Reichelderfer. Alps had 39 assists and ten digs, while Reichelderfer had 19 digs and three assists. Reichelderfer has been hot recently, having posted 16 or more digs the last four times she's played.

Skyview's defeat dropped their record down to 16-8. As for Thompson Valley, they pushed their record up to 14-10 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home.

Skyview does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Thompson Valley, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-1 loss against Battle Mountain on the 8th.
