Soccer Recap: Sandwich Comes Up Short

Sandwich lost against Woodstock North last Monday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Indians came up short against the Thunder, falling 9-0. Sandwich have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Sandwich's defeat dropped their record down to 1-14. As for Woodstock North, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-10.

Sandwich wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next matchup, a 5-1 loss against Plano on the 1st. As for Woodstock North, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 1-0 win against Richmond-Burton on the 1st.
