Volleyball Recap: Middletown Mustangs vs. St. Bernard's Crusaders

There's no place like home for Middletown, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. Everything went their way against the St. Bernard's Crusaders on Friday as they made off with a 3-0 win. The Mustangs not only won on Friday, but they posted their biggest win since October 22, 2024 (when they won 3-0).

While Middletown won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-21, 26-24.

Carly Johnson paced Middletown's offense, picking up ten kills. Johnson got some help from Bridget Lisenbee and her 11 assists. Jordyn Harbison controlled things from the service line, finishing with six aces.
