Volleyball Recap: Field Wins High-Profile Match Against E.L. Haynes

Field faced E.L. Haynes in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Thursday. The Falcons came out on top in a nail-biter against E.L. Haynes, sneaking past 3-2. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Falcons as it put an end to their three-match losing streak.

Field was staring down a 2-1 deficit headed into the fourth set, but they rallied to take the next two for the win. The final score came out to 25-16, 19-25, 13-25, 25-15, 15-9.

The win got Field back to even at 6-6. As for E.L. Haynes, their defeat ended a seven-match streak of away wins and brought them to 18-4.

Field does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for E.L. Haynes, they will be playing at home against Capital City Public Charter School at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
