Soccer Recap: Ripon Christian Starts Season with Loss at Home + How To Watch

Ripon Christian unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-pitch advantage in their season opener. They lost 7-2 to the Beyer Patriots on Monday. The matchup was a close 2-1 at the break, but unfortunately for Ripon Christian it sure didn't stay that way.

Brooke Barnes and Lauren Mouw scored both of Ripon Christian's goals, which were season-firsts for both players.

Beyer's win bumped their record up to 2-0.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Ripon Christian will take on Amador at 5:45 p.m. on December 3. As for Beyer, they will be playing at home against Mountain House at 3:00 p.m. on Monday.
