Football Recap: Fieldston Piles Up the Points Against Dalton

After low-scoring totals in their previous three matchup, Fieldston brought some dynamite into their most recent game. They blew past the Dalton Tigers, posting a 42-6 victory. The win was some much needed relief for the Eagles as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Fieldston was led to victory by Maxwell Thompson and Connor Wolfson. Thompson threw for 262 yards and four TDs while picking up 12.5 yards per attempt, while Wolfson picked up 131 receiving yards and a pair of scores. Those four passing touchdowns gave Thompson a new career-high.

The victory was their first at home , bumping their record up to 2-5. As for Dalton, their loss was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-5.

As of now, neither Fieldston nor the Tigers have any future games scheduled.
