Volleyball Recap: Wiseburn- Da Vinci Wins Going Away Against Oxnard

It's playoff time, and Wiseburn- Da Vinci had no trouble coming through when it counted. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Oxnard Yellowjackets on Tuesday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Wolves.

Wiseburn- Da Vinci never let Oxnard on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-19, 25-22.

Despite the loss, Oxnard still got an impressive performance from Jessica Camarillo, who had ten digs and five aces. Camarillo is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last three games she's played.

Wiseburn- Da Vinci's win bumped their record up to 17-15. As for Oxnard, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost eight of their last ten contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 13-23 record this season.

Wiseburn- Da Vinci will head out to challenge Bishop Diego at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Oxnard does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
