Basketball Game Preview: Jay Mustangs vs. Harlandale Indians

The Jay Mustangs will face off against the Harlandale Indians at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

Jay is probably headed into the match with a chip on their shoulder considering MacArthur just ended the team's three-game winning streak on Friday. They fell 54-44 to the Brahmas.

Meanwhile, Harlandale strolled past Southwest with points to spare on Friday, taking the game 73-57.

Harlandale is also on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a massive bump to their 14-15 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 67.8 points per game. As for Jay, their loss dropped their record down to 22-9.

Jay didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against Harlandale when the teams last played back in December of 2024, but they still walked away with a 57-51 victory. Does Jay have another victory up their sleeve, or will Harlandale turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
