Softball Recap: Gabriel Richard Takes a Loss

Gabriel Richard was the 14-10 winner over Cabrini when they last played one another on Tuesday, but their luck changed this time around. The Irish came up short against the Monarchs on Tuesday, falling 17-7. Irish fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team has lost against the Monarchs since Tuesday.

Gabriel Richard now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Cabrini, the win got them back to even at 2-2.

Looking ahead, Gabriel Richard will challenge Lutheran at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Cabrini, they are taking a road trip to take on Cranbrook Kingswood at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
