Basketball Recap: Saint Jeanne de Lestonnac Catholic School Takes a Loss

Saint Jeanne de Lestonnac Catholic School was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 13th straight defeat. They took a blow against the Desert Christian Academy Conquerors, falling 91-52. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Mustangs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 82-44 back in January.

It was another big night for Augustine Youssef, who shot 8-for-12 from beyond the arc and dropped a double-double on 48 points and ten rebounds for Desert Christian Academy. The contest was Youssef's eighth in a row with at least ten points. Jacob Reynolds was another key player, putting up 14 points and seven boards.

Saint Jeanne de Lestonnac Catholic School's loss dropped their record down to 4-19. As for Desert Christian Academy, the victory (which was their 13th in a row) raised their record to 24-1.

As of now, neither Saint Jeanne de Lestonnac Catholic School nor Desert Christian Academy have any future games scheduled.
