LaFayette skates past Reeltown with ease

In what's become a running theme this season, the LaFayette Bulldogs gave their fans yet another huge win on Wednesday. They blew past Reeltown 65-33 at home. The win was nothing new for LaFayette as they're now sitting on five straight.

Deaundra Vines continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 16 points along with seven assists and five steals. He hasn't dropped below two steals for 13 straight games. Vaderrian Story was another key contributor, scoring 18 points.

When it comes to explaining why Reeltown lost, one person who can't be blamed is Finn Henderson. Despite the final result, he scored nine points along with six rebounds.

LaFayette pushed their record up to 13-5 with that win, which was their third straight at home. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 67.7 points per game. As for Reeltown, their loss dropped their record down to 3-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. LaFayette will take on Lanett at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Lanett will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Alabama Rankings (they are ranked 303rd, while LaFayette is ranked 117th). As for Reeltown, they will be playing at home against Beulah at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
