Volleyball Recap: Brighton Comes Up Short

Brighton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against the Webster Schroeder Warriors, falling 3-0. The Bruins were not able to make up for their defeat to the Warriors from their previous meeting back in September of 2024.

Brighton's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Webster Schroeder, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 5-2.

Brighton will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Edison Tech at 4:30 p.m. on October 14. As for Webster Schroeder, they will face off against Fairport at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
