Soccer Recap: Boyd-Buchanan Comes Up Short

After soaring to four goals the game before, Boyd-Buchanan was a bit more limited in their game on Friday. They fell just short of the Walker Valley Mustangs by a score of 2-1. Boyd-Buchanan were not able to make up for their defeat to Walker Valley from their previous meeting back in September of 2024.

Boyd-Buchanan's goal came courtesy of Harley Elam, who's now up to two this season.

Boyd-Buchanan's loss dropped their record down to 2-2-1. As for Walker Valley, their win bumped their record up to 3-1-1.

Boyd-Buchanan wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against Hardin Valley Academy on the 6th. As for Walker Valley, they have also already played their next contest, a 4-0 victory against Lincoln County on the 6th.
