Orchard Park hadn't done well against Frontier recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Quakers came out on top against the Falcons by a score of 3-1. This was a revenge game for the Quakers: when they faced off against the Falcons two weeks ago, they had to take a 3-0 defeat.

The win didn't come easy: Frontier scored at least 18 points in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 25-18, 19-25, 25-23.

Orchard Park's victory was their first in the league, bumping their league record up to 1-3 and their overall record up to 2-3. As for Frontier, with the loss, they broke their seven-match winning streak and moved their record to 9-2.

Coming up, Orchard Park will challenge Canisius at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Frontier, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Clarence at 7:30 p.m. on the 20th.
