Softball Recap: North Gwinnett Falls Short of Richmond Hill in the Playoffs

Despite a phenomenal run in the regular season, North Gwinnett couldn't carry that success into this playoff game. They fell just short of the Richmond Hill Wildcats by a score of 4-3 on Monday. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wildcats this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 6-2 on Monday.

This is the second loss in a row for North Gwinnett and nudges their season record down to 28-5. As for Richmond Hill, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 19-9.

As of now, neither North Gwinnett nor the Wildcats have any future games scheduled.
