Volleyball Recap: Central Gets the Win

Central had to endure a three-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Buffalo Bison on Saturday, sneaking past 2-1.

Breck Custis was the offensive standout of the contest as she had 11 assists and ten digs. Those ten digs gave her a new career-high. Presley Stephenson also deserves some recognition as she had her first block of the season.

Central's win bumped their record up to 4-5. As for Buffalo, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-7.

Central didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-1 victory against Burns on the 6th. As for Buffalo, they will take on Cody in a tournament on Friday.
