Chatfield lost a heartbreaker the last time they played Erie, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Friday's matchup. The Chargers were the clear victors by an 83-59 margin over the Tigers on Friday.

Chatfield found their leader in sophomore Nolan Feddersen, who dropped a double-double with 22 points and ten rebounds. Another player making a difference was Carson Heath, who posted 11 points and eight boards.

Chatfield was working as a unit and finished the game with 20 assists. They racked up six more assists than Erie's also-impressive total of 14.

Erie's defeat came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Christopher Smith, who almost dropped a double-double with 15 points and nine rebounds. Garrett Owen was another key player, shooting 54% from the field en route to 17 points and five boards.

Chatfield's win bumped their record up to 2-0.

Looking ahead, Chatfield will square off against Legacy at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Erie, they will challenge Highlands Ranch at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
