Football Recap: Atlantic County Institute of Tech Comes Up Short

Atlantic County Institute of Tech was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They took a blow against the Bridgeton Bulldogs, falling 28-0. Atlantic County Institute of Tech was not able to make up for their loss to Bridgeton from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

Joseph Handle threw for 50 yards on four of 15 attempts. Xavier Pagan was his top target, picking up 50 receiving yards. On the ground, Keon Montegue Pareker rushed for 58 yards on only five carries.

Atlantic County Institute of Tech's defeat dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Bridgeton, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 6-2.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Atlantic County Institute of Tech is set to take on their familiar foe Egg Harbor Township on Friday. Meanwhile, Bridgeton will square off against rival Cherry Hill East at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have allowed few points on average (the Bulldogs 12.5, the Cougars 5.5) so any points scored will be well earned.
