Junction put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They really took it to the Sabinal Yellowjackets for the full four quarters, racking up a 56-7 victory. The result was nothing new for the Eagles, who have now won seven games by 20 points or more so far this season.

Chasen Doyal had an outrageously good game as he threw for 242 yards and four TDs on only 16 passes. What's more, he racked up 119.8 passer rating, the most he's had since back in October of 2024.

Junction's run defense was locked in: Sabinal could only muster 0.6 yards per carry. The Eagles' ground attack was stronger, having averaged three.

Junction didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Doyal and Hunter Dale.

Junction's record is now 10-0. As for Sabinal, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-5.

The two teams are set to take part in some playoff action in their next matches. Junction will challenge Somerville at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Sabinal, they will square off against Iola at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
