Bandys needed a changed in momentum after dropping five straight games and they got it from Ariana Kearney. The Trojans came out on top against the East Lincoln Mustangs by a score of 3-1 on Tuesday for which the team can thank Kearney, who had ten digs and three aces. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last seven games she's played.

Bandys was especially dominant in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 23-25, 25-19, 25-23.

Bandys' victory bumped their record up to 5-6. As for East Lincoln, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost eight of their last ten matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-11 record this season.

Bandys will head out to take on North Gaston at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for East Lincoln, they will welcome North Lincoln at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
