Volleyball Recap: Dorman Beats Eastside for Their Fifth Straight Win + How To Watch

Dorman waltzed into their contest on Tuesday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Eastside Eagles. That's more bragging rights for the Cavaliers, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Dorman was: they took every set by at least ten points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-12, 25-15.

Reese Shugart paced Dorman's offense, picking up 19 kills. Shugart got some help from Ramsey Larke Chastain and her 30 assists.

Dorman's win bumped their record up to 14-4. As for Eastside, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-14.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Dorman is set to take on their familiar foe Riverside at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Eastside will face off against rival Spartanburg at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
