Polson is a perfect 10-0 against Libby since October of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Pirates will challenge the Loggers. Polson is coming into the contest hot, having won their last ten games.

While Polson's victory against Whitefish wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Pirates narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Bulldogs 3-2.

Polson wouldn't go down easily and took Whitefish into a fifth set where they got it done with a eight-point win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-15, 15-25, 16-25, 15-7.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Libby, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. Everything went their way against Browning on Thursday as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The Loggers haven't had any issues with the Indians recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

Libby never let Browning on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 26-24, 25-18.

Libby picked up their first home victory, bumping their record up to 2-11. As for Polson, their record is now 12-2.

Everything went Polson's way against Libby when the teams last played back in September, as Polson made off with a 3-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Pirates since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
