Fitch played a tough contest on Thursday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They had to suffer through a 57-16 loss at the hands of the Killingly Trailbazers. While losing is never fun, the Falcons can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Connecticut football rankings (they are ranked 66th, while the Trailbazers are ranked third).

Porter Carter threw for 49 yards and one TD. Camrin Lee-Fry was his top target, picking up 49 receiving yards and one score. On the ground, Sean Bussey rushed for 85 yards.

Killingly got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Hayden Allard out in front who rushed for 156 yards and a pair of touchdowns on only 14 carries.
