Volleyball Game Preview: Garey Vikings vs. Nogales Nobles + How To Watch

Garey is 0-9 against Nogales since September of 2015 but things could change on Wednesday. The Vikings will take on the Nobles at 4:30 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

On Friday, Garey didn't have quite enough to beat Sierra Vista and fell 3-2.

Garey wouldn't go down easily and took Sierra Vista into a fifth set but they suffered a heartbreaking two-point loss. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 16-25, 21-25, 25-15, 15-13.

Meanwhile, Nogales came up short against Azusa on Friday and fell 3-1. The defeat continues a trend for the Nobles in their meetings with the Aztecs: they've now lost five in a row.

Nogales' loss dropped their record down to 9-13. As for Garey, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-10.

Garey couldn't quite get it done against Nogales in their previous matchup back in September as they fell 3-1. Can the Vikings avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
