Softball Game Preview: Terry Sanford Bulldogs vs. E.E. Smith Golden Bulls

The Terry Sanford Bulldogs will square off against the E.E. Smith Golden Bulls at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.

Last Tuesday, Terry Sanford made easy work of E.E. Smith and carried off a 19-4 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Bulldogs.

Terry Sanford let Adyson Maples and Addison McPhail run wild. Maples went a perfect 4-for-4 with two stolen bases, four RBI, and two runs, while McPhail went 3-for-4 with two stolen bases, five RBI, and three runs. Those five RBI gave McPhail a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Brionna McPhail, who scored a run and stole a base while going 3-for-5.

Terry Sanford always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .690. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as E.E. Smith only posted an OBP of .417.
