Conroe is 7-1 against Waller since December of 2014 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The Conroe Tigers will be taking part in a tournament against the Waller Bulldogs at 12:00 p.m. Waller took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Conroe, who comes in off a win.

Conroe is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They snuck past Willis with a 62-56 victory on Friday.

Meanwhile, Waller was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 12th straight loss. They had to suffer through a 73-35 loss at the hands of Langham Creek. While losing is never fun, the Bulldogs can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 1216th, while the Lobos are ranked 453rd).

Waller's defeat dropped their record down to 3-16. As for Conroe, their win bumped their record up to 5-12.

Conroe came out on top in a nail-biter against Waller in their previous meeting back in December of 2023, sneaking past 63-60. Does Conroe have another victory up their sleeve, or will Waller turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
