Softball Recap: North County Takes a Loss

North County lost to Arundel back in April of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Knights lost 13-7 to the Wildcats.

Peyton Boyd made the most of her time in the batter's box despite the final result and went 1-for-3 with two RBI, one run, and one double. Another player making a difference was Hailey Stitt, who went 2-for-4 with two runs, one double, and one RBI.

North County's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Arundel, they pushed their record up to 2-1 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season.

Coming up, North County will take on Severna Park at 4:45 p.m. on Monday. The Knights' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Falcons have averaged an impressive 7.5 runs per game this season. As for Arundel, they will square off against Northeast at 4:45 p.m. on Monday.
