Volleyball Recap: Grandview Heights Comes Up Short

Grandview Heights was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Bishop Ready Silver Knights. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Silver Knights this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in August.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-6, 25-6, 25-18.

Sophia Dozer had a dynamite game For Bishop Ready., getting ten digs and ten aces. Those ten aces gave Dozer a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Allyson Creighton, who had ten assists and four aces.

Grandview Heights' defeat dropped their record down to 4-10. As for Bishop Ready, the win was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record up to 10-1.

Grandview Heights has already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Franklin Heights on the 18th. As for Bishop Ready, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 3-0 victory against Whitehall-Yearling on the 18th.
