Recap: Franklin Patriots vs. Clarenceville Trojans
The Franklin Patriots won the last time they faced the Clarenceville Trojans, and things went their way on Friday too. Franklin came out on top against Clarenceville by a score of 64-52. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Franklin.
Mitch Cronyn was the offensive standout of the game as he dropped a double-double on 25 points and 11 rebounds. That makes it two consecutive games in which he has scored at least 25% of Franklin's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Owen Pittenger, who scored 3 points along with 8 assists and 5 rebounds.
Franklin's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Clarenceville, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-3.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Franklin will take on Crestwood at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Clarenceville, they will be playing at home against University Liggett at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
