On Friday Osborn's undefeated season almost came to an end. They skirted past the Denby Tars 5-3. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Knights have posted against the Tars since April 9, 2021.

A Woods made a splash while hitting and pitching. He kept things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out 13 over four innings pitched. With that strong performance, he is now averaging an impressive 8 strikeouts per game. He was also big at the plate, getting on base in all three of his plate appearances with two stolen bases.
