Basketball Recap: Rock River United Piles Up the Points Against Homeschool Resource Center

Rock River United had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They blew past the HomeSchool Resource Center Patriots 62-24 on Saturday.

HomeSchool Resource Center lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Poppy Mahalick, who posted six points. The team also got some help courtesy of Beth Feddes, who had five points in addition to 11 boards and three blocks.

HomeSchool Resource Center now has a losing record of 1-2.

Rock River United does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for HomeSchool Resource Center, they will face off against Heritage Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
