Volleyball Game Preview: East Linn Christian Academy Eagles vs. Monroe Dragons

East Linn Christian Academy is 1-9 against Monroe since September of 2021 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Monday. The Eagles will venture away from home to take on the Dragons at 6:00 p.m. East Linn Christian Academy will be strutting in after a victory while Monroe will be coming in after a loss.

On Thursday, East Linn Christian Academy earned a 3-1 win over Central Linn. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Eagles.

Meanwhile, Monroe came up short against Toledo on Thursday and fell 3-1.

East Linn Christian Academy's victory bumped their record up to 13-8. As for Monroe, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-19.

East Linn Christian Academy was able to grind out a solid win over Monroe when the teams last played on October 2nd, winning 3-1. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Eagles since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
