The Indiana Math & Science Academy North Knights suffered their closest loss yet this season on Friday. They fell just short of Traders Point Christian by a score of 42-39. Indiana Math & Science Academy North has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Despite the loss, Indiana Math & Science Academy North still got an impressive performance from Jeremiah Oliver, who scored seven points along with nine rebounds and eight assists. Oliver hasn't dropped below eight rebounds for six straight games. Another player making a difference was Jasaum Sowell, who scored eight points along with nine rebounds.
Indiana Math & Science Academy North's loss dropped their record down to 2-11. As for Traders Point Christian, the victory makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-5.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Indiana Math & Science Academy North will be staying on the road on Tuesday to face off against Riverside at 7:30 p.m. on January 16th. Riverside is out to stop a three-game streak of losses at home. As for Traders Point Christian, they will head out on the road to square off against Central Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
