Grant Hamill gave up the fewest hits he has since April 3rd on Wednesday. He was unstoppable, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only one hit over four innings pitched. He also tossed no earned runs, which is notable because Omaha Central is 4-1 when he allows at most one earned run, but 7-15 otherwise.

Coming up, Hamill and Omaha Central will challenge Papillion-LaVista at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Eagles have some work to do to even out the 1-9 series between these two since April of 2018, but a win here would be a good start.
